Debit Cards
The Bank of Coushatta Debit Card (Debit MasterCard) offers additional services that give you greater versatility for managing your financial needs. You may use your Debit Card to pay for goods and services at any merchant where MasterCard is accepted. The purchase is deducted from your checking account. This card can also be used as an ATM card.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Upon approval you will receive your debit card through the mail. There will be an activation label on the front of the card instructing you to call the IVR number 1-866-633-5293 from a phone number listed on your customer profile. Please make sure all your phone numbers stay current with the bank. Cardholders with reissued cards will need to activate their new cards in the same way using their current pin. You are responsible for the proper control in the use of the card and PIN. Please notify the bank immediately if you believe your card has been lost or stolen. For your protection, you should keep your PIN secret and not write it on the card or keep it any place where it may be found with the card. Please contact the bank during normal business hours if you forget your PIN number 318-932-3491.
Limitations of Transactions
For security reasons, there are limitations on the dollar amounts of transactions.
Types of Transactions
You may use your Debit MasterCard at ATMs and anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Please see one of our customer service representatives to apply for your Debit MasterCard. We will be happy to assist you and explain any charges that my apply with the use of the card.
SecurLOCK Equip
SecurLOCK Equip is a Mobile app that allows you to control how, when and where your debit card is used. It's being replaced with a new app July 15th, 2025.

Bank of Coushatta offers Visa Gift Cards. Our gift cards may be loaded with amounts from $10 to $1,000. Customers may purchase a Gift Card as the perfect gift for any occasion. The Gift Card may be used anywhere Visa is accepted. Buy our Gift Card for students, on-line purchases, special gifts or just for yourself.
